摘 要:针对可移动自升式井口平台(WZ12-8E WHPA)中桩靴的结构型式,考虑了波浪、洋流、土壤特性和腐蚀等综合环境,计算和预测其在8个不同浪向海况下的结构应力和疲劳寿命。首先采用Longuet-Higgins模型将随机波谱转化为规则波谱,并借助SACS软件展开整体分析,获得桩腿截断处的剪力、弯矩和轴向力传递函数。之后借助ABAQUS对桩靴模型开展局部详细受力分析。以计算应力结果为循环幅值,以年统计波数为循环次数,采用Miner累计损伤准则进行损伤评估,最终获得桩靴的疲劳寿命。并对比了美国船级社和挪威船级社两种规范中的S-N曲线对评估其疲劳寿命的差异,为评估和预测桩靴的疲劳寿命提供可借鉴的计算方法。Aiming at the structural form of spud can in the mobile self-elevating wellhead platform(WZ12-8E WHPA),its structural stress and fatigue life are calculated and predicted under eight different wave directions,considering the comprehensive environment of wave,ocean current,soil characteristics and corrosion.Firstly,the Longuet-Higgins model is used to convert random wave spectrum into regular wave spectrum,and the overall analysis is carried out by the software SACS,obtaining the shear force,bending moment and axial force transfer function at the pile leg section.Afterwards,the detailed local stress analysis of the spud can model is carried out with the aid of ABAQUS.Taking the calculated stress result as the cycle amplitude,the annual statistical number of waves as the cycle number,the damage is evaluated based on the Miner cumulative damage criterion,finally obtaining the fatigue life of the spud can.The differences of S-N curves in ABS and DNV specifications in evaluating the fatigue life of spud can are compared.
