摘 要:公安特色专业课教学中“教与学的矛盾”“课与师的矛盾”“课与专的矛盾”导致教师、学生、实战部门之间供给与需求的不匹配、不平衡,进而影响课程的实战化水平。积极进行公安特色专业课供给侧改革,推动需求侧优化,打通供需循环的堵点,是解决课程供需矛盾,提升课程实战化水平的必然要求。为此,公安特色专业课应从“课堂—实践—挂职”“课程—实习—安保”“警队—学校—社会”三条路径全面激活行为层人的循环,使实战人才在“教师—学生—教官”之间自觉成长;以教学理念、教学方法、专业生态的革新,重塑工具层教学模式,使实战知识在教学模式创新过程中自由流动;从教师教学保障、教官理论提升、学生实战能力提升三个方面夯实制度层坚实保障,使实战化教学模式在“教学练战”一体化中长效运行。In the teaching of police characteristic specialized courses,the contradictions between teaching and learning,between courses and teachers and between courses and specialties cause the mismatching and imbalance between supply and demand among teachers,students,and practical branches,which in turn affect the actual combat level of the courses.Actively carrying out supply side reform of public security characteristic specialized courses,promoting demand side optimization,and breaking through the bottlenecks in the supply and demand cycle are inevitable requirements for solving the contradiction between course supply and demand and improving the actual combat level of courses.Therefore,the specialized courses of public security should fully activate the cycle of personnel in behavior level through three paths:“classroom-practice-taking a temporary post”,“course-internship-security”,and“police force-school-society”,so that practical talents can consciously grow in“teachers-students-instructors”;reshape the teaching mode in tool level through the innovation of teaching philosophy,teaching methods,and professional ecology,which enable actual combat knowledge to flow freely in the process of teaching mode innovation;consolidate the solid institutional guarantee from the three aspects of guarantee for teacher and teaching,theoretical improvement of instructors,and improvement of students actual combat abilities,so as to ensure the long-term operation of actual combat teaching mode in the integration of teaching and practice.
