摘 要:以2022北京冬奥会延庆赛区某集装箱房作为研究对象,利用Simulink模型对光伏光热和空气源热泵结合的墙板辐射供暖系统进行数学建模,设计集热循环控制策略和热源切换控制策略,提出优化后热源切换控制策略,进行模拟分析。对数学模型进行了实验验证,证明模型具有准确性。对于集热循环控制策略,辐照度控制策略与循环温差控制策略水箱温度差距不大,辐照度控制不会导致集热循环水泵频繁启停,经济性更优。对于热源切换控制策略,定时刻控制策略耗电功率较低,且水箱温度波动较小,但定水箱温度控制策略水箱温度较高。两种策略各有优缺点,认为水箱温度较高的定水箱温度控制策略略微占优。将定时刻控制与定水箱温度控制结合,优化后热源切换控制策略耗电量比仅用空气源热泵降低17.9%,比定时刻控制与定水箱温度控制的耗电量也略小,并且保证水箱温度不会过低,可在连续运行的基础上降低耗电量。Taking a container house in the Yanqing competition area of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics as the research object,a mathematical modeling of a wall panel radiation heating system combining photovoltaic/thermal and air source heat pump was carried out using the Simulink model.The heat collection cycle control strategy and heat source switching control strategy were designed,and an optimized heat source switching control strategy was proposed for simulation analysis.The mathematical model was experimentally validated and proved to be accurate.For the heat collection cycle control strategy,there is not much difference between the irradiance control strategy and the cycle temperature difference control strategy in terms of water tank temperature.The irradiance control will not cause frequent start and stop of the heat collection cycle water pump,and the economy is better.For the heat source switching control strategy,the fixed-time control strategy has lower power consumption and smaller temperature fluctuations in the water tank,but the fixed water tank temperature control strategy has a higher water tank temperature.Both strategies have their own advantages and disadvantages,and it is believed that the fixed water tank temperature control strategy with higher water tank temperature has a slight advantage.By combining fixed-time control with fixed water tank temperature control,the optimized heat source switching control strategy reduces power consumption by 17.9%compared to using only air source heat pump.The power consumption is also slightly lower than that of fixed time control and fixed water tank temperature control,and the water tank temperature is not too low,which can reduce power consumption on the basis of continuous operation.
