摘　　要：阐述北斗短报文灾备通信系统通信原理、北斗短报文数据接收终端特点及功能。以北斗短报文灾备通信系统在燃气监测中的具体应用为例,阐述数据采集传输过程、系统功能、应用效果及优缺点。The communication principle of Beidou short message disaster preparedness communication system,the characteristics and functions of Beidou short message data receiving terminal are described.Taking the application of Beidou short message disaster preparedness communication system in gas monitoring as an example,the process of data acquisition and transmission,system functions,application effects,advantages and disadvantages are explained.
