摘 要:选取2003-2019年中国213个地级市面板数据,采用双向固定效应模型探究农业生产性服务对农业碳排放水平的影响及作用机制。研究显示:农业生产性服务能显著促进农业碳减排,在利用工具变量缓解内生性问题并进行多种稳健性检验后,结论依然成立;进一步分析表明,农业生产性服务对东部和粮食主产区的碳减排作用更为明显;结合“规模一结构一技术”逻辑框架,促进规模经营、调整种植结构以及推动技术进步是农业生产性服务降低农业碳排放水平的主要作用途径;农业生产性服务对农业碳排放水平具有显著的负向空间溢出效应,农业生产性服务有助于促进周边地区的农业碳减排,实现区域内生态环境的整体优化。因此,应进一步健全农业生产性服务体系,实现服务规模经营与土地规模经营的优势互补,并加强区域间农业经济联系,形成区域协同农业碳减排的良好态势。A panel of 213 cities in China from 2003 to 2019 was selected and a two-way fixed-effects model was used to explore the impact of agricultural productive services on the level of agricultural carbon emissions and its mech-anism of action.The study shows that agricultural productive services significantly contribute to agricultural carbon e-mission reduction,and the findings still hold after using instrumental variables to mitigate the endogeneity problem and conducting various robustness tests.Further analysis shows that agricultural productive services contribute more signifi-cantly to carbon reduction in the eastern and food-producing regions.Combining the"scale-structure-technology"log-ical framework,promoting large-scale operations,adjusting cropping structures and promoting technological progress are the main ways in which agricultural production services can reduce the level of agricultural carbon emissions.At the same time,the impact of agricultural production services on the level of agricultural carbon emissions has a significant negative spatial spillover effect,which helps to promote the reduction of agricultural carbon emissions in the surrounding areas and realise the overall optimisation of the ecological environment in the region.Therefore,the agricul-tural production service system should be further improved to realise the complementary advantages of service scale op-eration and land scale operation,and to strengthen inter-regional agricultural economic ties,so as to form a good situa-tion of regional synergy in agricultural carbon emission reduction.
