摘 要:本文全面探讨了热解处理技术在含油污泥处理中的应用,包括工艺流程、催化剂应用及能源效率和废物处理等多个方面,详细分析了热解过程的基本原理、产物的组成与性质,以及如何通过优化工艺参数和应用催化剂提升处理效果,并阐述了热解处理在油品回收率、污泥残留物处理和环境影响方面的效益与挑战。本文还论述了如何利用热解技术有效地将含油污泥转化为有价值的资源,同时减少环境污染,体现其在实现可持续发展目标方面的重要性,旨在为热解技术在含油污泥处理中的应用提供一个全面的视角,从而为相关领域的研究和实践提供参考。This paper comprehensively discusses the application of pyrolysis technology in the treatment of oily sludge,including many aspects such as process flow,catalyst application,energy efficiency and waste treatment,detailed analysis of the basic principle of pyrolysis process,product composition and properties,and how to improve the treatment effect by optimizing process parameters and catalyst application.The benefits and challenges of pyrolysis treatment in oil recovery,sludge residue treatment and environmental impact were described.This paper also discusses how to use pyrolysis technology to effectively transform oily sludge into a valuable resource while reducing environmental pollution,reflecting its importance in achieving the sustainable development goals,aiming to provide a comprehensive perspective on the application of pyrolysis technology in oily sludge treatment,so as to provide a reference for research and practice in related fields.
