富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：观察富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹的临床疗效及安全性。选取2021年7月—2023年7月医院收治的90例慢性荨麻疹患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组和试验组两组,每组各45例。对照组患者接受左西利替嗪治疗,试验组患者接受富马酸卢帕他定片治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者各项症状评分、炎症因子指标和免疫指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗3个月后,试验组患者的疾病复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,富马酸卢帕他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹患者效果显著,其能明显改善患者免疫功能,减轻患者体内的炎症反应,缓解患者的临床症状,治疗安全性较高。Observe the clinical efficacy and safety of lupatadine fumarate tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria.90 patients with chronic urticaria admitted to the hospital from July 2021 to July 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:a control group and an experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with levocetirizine,while the experimental group received treatment with lupatadine fumarate tablets.The treatment effects of the two groups of patients were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the total incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the experimental group had better symptom scores,inflammatory factor indicators,and immune indicators than the control group(P<0.05);After 3 months of treatment,the disease recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that lupatadine fumarate tablets have a significant therapeutic effect on patients with chronic urticaria.They can significantly improve the patient’s immune function,eliminate inflammatory factors in the patient’s body,alleviate clinical symptoms,and have high treatment safety.
