健脾燥湿止泻汤联合西医疗法治疗胆囊切除术后慢性腹泻的效果研究

摘　　要：探讨健脾燥湿止泻汤联合西医疗法治疗胆囊切除术后慢性腹泻(postcholecystectomy diarrhea,PCD)患者的效果。选取2019年7月—2022年6月浙江省诸暨市中心医院姚江分院收治的74例PCD患者为研究对象,随机将患者分为西医组和中西医组,每组各37例。予以西医组患者调整饮食、口服补液盐、止泻药及益生菌等常规西医疗法,中西医组患者在西医组治疗基础上加用健脾燥湿止泻汤,两组患者均接受8周的治疗,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,中西医组患者的治疗总有效率高于西医组(P<0.05)。研究发现,健脾燥湿止泻汤联合西医疗法治疗PCD患者效果显著,安全性较高,不仅能明显改善患者临床症状,增强患者肠黏膜局部免疫力,还能降低患者的疾病复发率。Exploring the effect of Jianpi Zhushi Zhixie Tang combined with Western medicine therapy in the treatment of postcholecystectomy diarrhea(PCD)patients after cholecystectomy.74 PCD patients admitted to the Yaojiang Branch of Zhuji Central Hospital from July 2019 to June 2022 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into two groups:the Western medicine group and the Western medicine group,with 37 patients in each group.Patients in the Western medicine group were given routine Western medicine treatments such as adjusting their diet,oral rehydration salts,antidiarrheal drugs,and probiotics.Patients in the Chinese and Western medicine group were treated with Jianpi Danshi Zhixie Tang in addition to the Western medicine group.Both groups received 8 weeks of treatment,and the treatment effects of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the Chinese and Western medicine group was higher than that in the Western medicine group(P<0.05).Research has found that the combination of self-designed Jianpi Danshi Zhixie Tang and Western medicine therapy has a significant effect and high safety in treating PCD patients.It can not only significantly improve clinical symptoms and enhance local immunity of the intestinal mucosa,but also reduce the recurrence rate of the disease in patients.
