摘　　要：我国历史文化悠久,老旧房屋众多,老旧房屋的改造工作也越来越受到重视。现如今,大多数陈旧、老化的旧建筑不能满足居住者的基本生活需求,同时随着国家相关旧建筑改造政策的发布,旧建筑改造成为当下的研究热点。但在旧建筑改造的过程中,室内空间存在着众多难题亟须解决。本文首先分析老旧房屋安全排查的重要性,其次探讨加固改造技术的应用原则,再次研究老旧房屋改造加固处理技术,最后就老旧房屋屋面处理策略进行研究,以供参考。China has a long history and culture,and there are many old houses,and the renovation of old houses has received increasing attention.At present,most of the old and aging buildings cannot meet the basic living needs of the residents.With the release of the relevant national old building renovation policies,the renovation of old buildings has become a research hotspot.However,in the process of renovating old buildings,there are many problems in the interior space that need to be solved urgently.This paper firstly analyzes the importance of safety identification of old houses,then discusses the application principles of reinforcement and renovation technology,subsequently studies the renovation and reinforcement treatment technology of old houses,and finally studies the roof treatment strategy of old houses,for reference.
