摘　　要：开展人防工程建设过程中,必须要结合当前的实际情况,优化地下空间开发利用,更好发推动城市建设工作的开展,实现人防工程建设水平的提升。因此,在人防工程建设过程中,需要开展积极的管理工作,同时重视地下空间的合理开发利用,为城市的纵向发展奠定坚实基础,充分展现人防工程的价值,合理规划地下空间布局,为人们提供更为优质的居住环境。In the process of implementing the construction of civil air defence works,it is necessary to optimize the development and utilization of underground space in combination with the current actual situation,so as to better promote the implementation of urban construction and realize the improvement of the construction level of civil air defence works.Therefore,in the construction process of civil air defence works,it is necessary to carry out active management work,and simultaneously pay attention to the rational development and utilization of underground space,which lay a solid foundation for the vertical development of the city,fully demonstrate the value of civil air defence works,rationally plan the layout of underground space,and provide people with a better living environment.
