摘  要:近年来,谐波畸变导致电磁炉加热失效的问题时有发生,但机理不明。针对上述问题,从仿真和实验测试的角度探讨了电磁炉加热失效原因,首先搭建了电磁炉控制模型,分析了电磁炉保护配置对电磁炉正常工作的影响;其次,基于可编程电源开展了电磁炉谐波适应性测试,验证了浪涌保护动作是导致电磁炉无法正常工作的直接原因,而谐波产生的瞬时过电压是导致浪涌保护动作的根本原因。研究结论对于解决谐波导致电磁炉加热失效问题具有重要理论价值。In recent years,the problem of heating failure for induction cooker caused by harmonic distortion has occurred from time to time,but the mechanism is unknown.This paper aims at the above problems to discuss the reasons of heating failure for induction cooker from the view of simulation and experimental test.First,the paper builds the control model of induction cooker,analyzing the influence of protection configuration on normal operation of induction cooker,and then,based on the programmable power supply,carries out the induction cooker harmonic adaptability test,verifying that the surge protection action is the direct reason that the induction cooker cannot work normally,and that the transient over-voltage generated by harmonics is the root cause of the surge protection action.The research conclusion has important theoretical value for solving the problem of induction cooker heating failure caused by harmonics.
