摘　　要：探讨动态心电图在急性心肌梗死超急性期诊断中的应用效果。选取2021年3月—2023年3月甘肃医学院附属医院收治的80例急性心肌梗死患者为研究对象,发病时间分别为2 h以下、2~6 h,6 h以上,按照发病时间的不同将患者分为A、B、C三组,所有患者均接受动态心电图监测。结果显示,A组的Q波、T波、ST波阳性改变率均高于B组和C组(P<0.05);ST段抬高型患者的阳性改变率高于非ST段抬高型患者(P<0.05)。研究发现,临床诊断急性心肌梗死患者可应用动态心电图,其可呈现患者心电改变情况,以帮助医生对疾病进行准确判断,为治疗方案的制订提供依据。Exploring the application effect of dynamic electrocardiogram in the diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction in the hyperacute phase.80 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu Medical College from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.The onset time was less than 2 hours,2-6 hours,and more than 6 hours,respectively.According to the different onset times,the patients were divided into three groups:A,B,and C.All patients received dynamic electrocardiogram monitoring.The results showed that the positive change rates of Q wave,T wave,and ST wave in Group A were higher than those in Group B and Group C(P<0.05);The positive change rate in ST segment elevation patients was higher than that in non ST segment elevation patients(P<0.05).Research has found that dynamic electrocardiogram can be used for clinical diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction patients,which can present changes in the patient’s electrocardiogram to help doctors accurately judge the disease and provide a basis for the formulation of treatment plans.
