摘 要:探讨Glidescope视频喉镜在颈椎损伤患者气管插管中的应用价值。选择贵州省黔西南州人民医院2022年3月—2023年4月收治的168例患者为研究对象,并将其随机分为G组(使用Glidescope视频喉镜)和F组(使用纤维支气管镜),两组患者均经口行气管插管操作。观察两组患者插管时间、次数、成功率及并发症,并在此基础上记录两组患者在诱导前T1和诱导后T2、插管时T3、插管1 min后T4、气管插管3 minT5心率(HR)、收压缩(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、平均动脉压(MAP)。结果表明,G组84例患者中有78例属于一次性插管成功,另外4例二次插管成功,两例插管失败,成功率为97.61%;而F组插管成功率为97.6%。两组患者的相关指标(包括HR、SBP、DBP、MAP)无统计学差异(P>0.05)。研究发现,Glidescope视频喉镜和纤维支气管镜在颈椎损伤患者气管插管中均具有较好的辅助效果,但Glidescope视频喉镜插管所耗时间更短,患者出现的心血管反应更加轻微,且便于携带,适用于颈椎外伤患者气管插管中,临床应用价值较高。Exploring the application value of Glidescope video laryngoscopy in tracheal intubation in patients with cervical spine injury.168 patients admitted to Qianxinan People’s Hospital from March 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects and randomly divided into Group G(using Glidescope video laryngoscope)and Group F(using fiberoptic bronchoscopy).Both groups of patients underwent oral tracheal intubation.Observe the intubation time,frequency,success rate,and complications of two groups of patients,and based on this,record the heart rate(HR),systolic compression pressure(SBP),diastolic pressure(DBP),and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of both groups of patients at T1 before induction and T2 after induction,T3 during intubation,T4 after 1 minute intubation,and T5 after 3 minutes tracheal intubation.The results showed that among the 84 patients in Group G,78 cases had successful one-time intubation,4 cases had successful secondary intubation,and 2 cases had failed intubation,with a success rate of 97.61%;The success rate of intubation in Group F was 97.6%.There was no statistically significant difference in the relevant indicators(including HR,SBP,DBP,MAP)between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).Research has found that both Glidescope video laryngoscope and fiberoptic bronchoscopy have good auxiliary effects in tracheal intubation in patients with cervical spine injury.However,Glidescope video laryngoscope intubation takes less time,causes milder cardiovascular reactions in patients,and is easy to carry.It is suitable for tracheal intubation in patients with cervical spine injury and has high clinical application value.
