脾虚夹湿型萎缩性胃炎患者应用针灸联合参苓白术散治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：探讨脾虚夹湿型萎缩性胃炎患者应用针灸联合参苓白术散治疗的效果。选取2022年1月—2022年12月在上海市嘉定区外冈镇社区卫生服务中心中医科治疗的78例脾虚夹湿型萎缩性胃炎患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各39例。对照组使用参苓白术散治疗,观察组在此基础上联合针灸治疗,对比两组的临床疗效、中医证候积分、生活质量。结果显示,观察组治疗有效率为94.87%,显著高于对照组的74.36%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后各项中医证候积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项SF-36评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,脾虚夹湿型萎缩性胃炎患者应用针灸联合参苓白术散治疗的效果显著,能有效调节胃肠激素水平,减轻证候,提高生活质量。To explore the therapeutic effect of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder on atrophic gastritis of spleen defici ency dampness type.78 patients with spleen deficiency and dampness type atrophic gastritis treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Waigang Town Community Health Service Center in Jiading District from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder,and the observation group was treated with acupuncture and moxibustion on this basis.The clinical efficacy,TCM syndrome scores,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.The results showed that the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.87%,significantly higher than 74.36% in the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,The scores of various traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The SF-36 scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The study found that the application of acupuncture and moxibustion combined with Shenling Baizhu Powder in the treatment of atrophic gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness can effectively regulate the level of gastrointestinal hormones,alleviate symptoms and improve the quality of life.
