高血压脑出血手术治疗时间选择对患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响研究

摘　　要：研究高血压脑出血手术治疗时间的选择对患者临床疗效及生活质量的影响。选取六盘水市第二人民医院2019年1月—2023年4月收治的40例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,根据手术治疗时间的不同分为观察组(n=20,发病后立即行手术治疗)与对照组(n=20,受其他原因影响发病后3~6 h内行手术治疗),均行开颅去骨瓣脑内血肿清除手术。比较两组患者治疗效果。结果显示,观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组患者NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者炎症因子水平无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究发现,于高血压脑出血患者发病后立即行手术治疗,能优化临床治疗效果,提高患者生活质量,减轻患者神经缺损程度,降低炎症因子水平,具有临床推广价值。Study the impact of the selection of surgical treatment time for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage on the clinical efficacy and quality of life of patients.Forty patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Liupanshui from January 2019 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into an observation group(n=20,immediate surgical treatment after onset)and a control group(n=20,affected by other reasons manual treatment within 3-6 hours after onset)according to the different surgical treatment times.All patients underwent craniotomy and craniectomy to remove intracerebral hematoma.Compare the treatment effects between two groups of patients.The results showed that the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the quality of life scores of the observation group patients were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);After treatment,the NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups of patients(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that immediate surgical treatment in patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage can optimize clinical treatment outcomes,improve patient quality of life,reduce neurological deficits,and lower levels of inflammatory factors,which has clinical promotion value.
