摘　　要：在社会经济以及科技不断发展的当下,通信技术得到了全面推广,被广泛运用到各个行业。为了促使通信网络安全且稳定运行,应当做好通信光缆网络的科学有效规划设计。在现代化背景下,设计人员在实际规划设计过程中需灵活运用网络资源,充分考虑地理条件、设备选型、建设维护等方面,使通信光缆网络规划与设计具有一定的经济性与有效性,为通信光缆网络工作的顺利开展奠定坚实的基础。With the continuous development of social economy and science and technology,communication technology has been comprehensively promoted and widely used in various industries.In order to promote the safe and stable operation of communication networks,scientific and effective planning and design of communication optical cable networks should be done.In the context of modernization,designers need to flexibly use network resources in the actual planning and design process,fully consider geographical conditions,equipment selection,construction and maintenance,and other aspects,so that the planning and design of communication optical cable network has a certain economy and effectiveness,and lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of communication optical cable network.
