新型基础测绘体系下的房地一体成图建库实践分析

摘　　要：随着社会发展和城市建设的不断推进,人们对测绘数据的精确性、一致性和完整性提出了更高的要求。然而,传统测绘体系在面对日益增长的数据量和多样化的应用需求时,暴露出了一系列问题和挑战。为了克服传统测绘体系的限制,新型基础测绘体系应运而生,旨在实现房地一体的成图建库。本文章通过实践分析,探讨新型基础测绘体系下房地一体成图建库的关键要素和方法,并提出解决问题的策略。With the continuous advancement of social development and urban construction,people have put forward higher requirements for the accuracy,consistency and completeness of surveying and mapping data.However,the traditional surveying and mapping system has exposed a series of problems and challenges upon the increasing data volume and diversified application requirements.In order to overcome the limitations of the traditional surveying and mapping system,a new basic surveying and mapping system emerges,aiming to realize the mapping and database construction of real estate and land integration.Through practical analysis,this paper discusses the key elements and methods of mapping and database construction of real estate and land integration in new basic surveying and mapping system,and puts forward strategies to solve the problem.
