包西铁路张桥至何寨段增建三四线工程通信信息系统设计方案研究

摘　　要：包西铁路张桥至何寨段作为包西铁路的一部分,是引入西安铁路枢纽的关键段落,目前已开通运营。张桥至何寨段增建三四线能够破解西安铁路枢纽能力瓶颈,提升运输服务效率。文章在增建三四线运输组织及运维功能需求分析的基础上,考虑工程投资情况,分析通信信息设备既有情况及存在问题,根据相关规划和业务需求,结合既有系统组网方案进行适应性研究,设计了通信信息系统方案,充分满足了增建三四线的运输组织、运营管理等需求。As a part of Baotou-Xi'an Railway,the Zhangqiao-Hezhai section is a key section of introducing the Xi'an railway hub,and has been put into operation.The addition construction of the third and fourth lines in the Zhangqiao-Hezhai section can break the bottleneck of the capacity of the Xi'an railway hub and improve the efficiency of transportation services.Based on the analysis of the requirements of the transportation organization,operation and maintenance functions of the third and fourth lines,this paper analyzes the existing situation and existing problems of communication information equipment considering the project investment,and conducts adaptability research according to the relevant planning and business needs in combination with the existing system networking scheme,and designs the communication information system scheme,which fully meets the requirements of the transportation organization,operation and management of the additional third and fourth lines.
