摘　　要：随着现代信息技术的迅猛发展,计算机信息系统集成项目日渐增多,项目管理也变得更加复杂。项目管理是一种系统化、科学化的管理方法,将其应用于计算机信息系统集成项目不仅必要,而且紧迫。文章主要分析了项目管理在信息系统集成中应用存在的问题,进而提出项目管理在信息系统集成中应用的对策建议,以期提升集成项目管理水平和促进集成系统效能充分发挥。With the rapid development of modern information technology,the number of computer information system integration projects is increasing,and project management has become more complex.Project management is a systematic and scientific management method,and its application to computer information system integration projects is necessary and urgent.This paper mainly analyzes the problems in the application of project management in information system integration,and then puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the application of project management in information system integration,so as to improve the level of integration project management and promote the full play of the integration system efficiency.
