摘 要:文章针对城市电网调度中处理局部用电紧张问题时烦琐且低效的“人工分析”型决策过程,提出了一种基于电网拓扑关系数据分析的调度决策辅助技术。该技术通过基于电网实时数据构建电网拓扑模型,实现对电网接线关系和负载能力的实时感知,并利用拓扑分析技术获取电网局部区域间的负荷转移通道。同时,抽取负荷转移路径上设备的运行约束数据并进行相关计算和约束判断,实现多维度电网数据的聚合分析,为调度人员提供决策支持。该技术有助于电网调度员准确、高效地应对城市局部用电紧张问题,并促进调度决策模式由“经验型调度”向“数据分析型调度”的转型。This article proposes a scheduling decision assistance technology based on power grid topology relationship data analysis to address the tedious and inefficient“manual analysis”decisionmaking process in dealing with local power shortage issues in urban power grid scheduling.This technology constructs a power grid topology model based on real-time data of the power grid,achieving real-time perception of power grid connection relationships and load capacity,and uses topology analysis technology to obtain load transfer channels between local areas of the power grid.At the same time,extract the operational constraint data of equipment on the load transfer path and perform relevant calculations and constraint judgments to achieve the aggregation and analysis of multi-dimensional power grid data,providing decision support for dispatchers.This technology helps power grid dispatchers to accurately and efficiently respond to the problem of local electricity shortage in cities,and promotes the transformation of dispatch decision-making mode from“experience based dispatch”to“data analysis based dispatch”.
