摘　　要：抽动障碍是儿童慢性神经精神障碍行为性疾病,如长期不愈会造成孩子的心理负担,影响孩子的学习和正常生活,郭振武教授多年来应用中药治疗儿童抽动障碍经验丰富,认为儿童抽动障碍虽有多种因素,但主要病因病机为本虚标实,痰热内扰所致,在治疗上,郭教授提出清热祛痰、熄风顾本之法,辨证用药,随证加减,效果显著。现将郭教授治疗小儿抽动障碍的经验介绍如下,并附验案以佐证。Tic disorder is a behavioral disease of chronic neurological mental disorders in children.If not cured for a long time,it will cause psychological burden on children,which will affect children's study and normal life.Professor GUO Zhenwu has rich experience in using traditional Chinese medicine to treat children with tic disorder for many years.Professor GUO Zhenwu believes that although there are many factors in children,the main causes are deficiency in origin and excess in superficiality and phlegm-heat.In terms of treatment,Professor GUO Zhenwu has proposed the method of clearing heat and removing phlegm,cal-ming liver wind and using drugs with the syndrome differentiation,and the effect is remarkable.Now professor GUO Zhenwu's ex-perience in the treatment of children's tic disorder was introduced as follows,and the example was attached to support it.
