基于CiteSpace探讨失眠心脾两虚证研究现状的可视化分析

摘　　要：目的 运用CiteSpace软件对失眠心脾两虚证的研究现状及热点进行可视化分析,为今后该领域的研究提供参考及思路。方法 搜索中国知网(CNKI)数据库中有关失眠心脾两虚证的相关文献,利用CiteSpace软件绘制年发文量、文献作者、关键词等内容的可视化图谱。结果 经过筛选,失眠心脾两虚证相关文献量稳定在40篇以上,本领域影响力较大的作者、研究团队是周运峰团队和张根明团队。高频关键词为“归脾汤”“睡眠质量”“针刺”;共形成13个关键词聚类。结论 学界对失眠心脾两虚证研究的关注度在持续增加,该领域以临床观察类研究为主,未来的研究热点为睡眠质量和耳穴压豆等中医外治方法。Objective To analyze the current situation of the study of insomnia heart-spleen deficiency syndrome and provide new ideas for the study and application of insomnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods The literature related to in-somnia with heart-spleen deficiency syndrome was searched and screened from CNKI database and the annual number of publi-cations,authors and keywords were visually analyzed by CiteSpace software.Results The number of literature related to insomnia heart-spleen deficiency syndrome was stable at more than 40.The influential authors and research teams in the field were ZHOU Yunfengs team and ZHANG Genmings team.High-frequency keywords were"Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)","sleep qual-ity"and"acupuncture".A total of 13 keyword clusters were formed.Conclusion The academic circles continued to pay more at-tention to the study of insomnia heart-spleen deficiency syndrome and maintained a certain heat.The research in the field of in-somnia heart-spleen deficiency syndrome is mainly clinical observation and the future research focuses on sleep quality and the study of extemal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine such as ear acupoint pressing beans.
