基于经筋理论探讨眼针治疗肩周炎的思路

摘　　要：肩周炎是目前临床上的常见病,其疼痛及活动受限等症状对患者日常生活造成极大不便,且近年来呈年轻化趋势。经筋理论认为,肩周炎是由于内外合因导致肩关节局部经筋受损,卡压络脉,累及经脉气血运行,产生疼痛,日久经筋失于濡养,进而导致患者肩关节局部活动受限。眼针疗法是彭静山教授在“观眼识病”基础上创立的微针技术,是针灸的一部分,其具有调和阴阳、通络止痛等作用,在肩周炎的治疗上具有充分理论依据及可行性。此外,眼针还具有用针小、操作简、疗效好等特点,是对传统针灸继承与发展的具体体现。该文基于经筋理论探讨眼针治疗肩周炎的可行性,有助于提高对肩周炎的认识,提高眼针治疗疾病的覆盖面,以期为临床提供一种更加便捷有效的治疗思路。Scapulohumeral periarthritis is a common disease in clinic.In recent years,it has gradually tended to be younger,and cause great inconvenience to patients'daily life.According to the theory of menstrual tendons,scapulohumeral periarthritis is caused by internal and external comorbidities that cause local menstrual tendons to be damaged,choke the collateral,decelerate the flow of blood and Qi through the meridians,cause pain and menstrual tendons to lose nourishing with the time going by,and restrict the movement.Eye acupuncture is a microacupuncture technique founded by professor PENG Jingshan on the basis of ob-serving the eyes to identify diseases.It is a part of acupuncture and has the functions of regulating Yin and Yang,dredging collat-eral and relieving pain,and has sufficient theoretical basis in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.In addition,the eye acupuncture has the advantage of small needle,simple operation and good curative effect.This paper discussed the feasibility of eye acupuncture in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis,which can help to improve the understanding of scapulohumeral periarthritis,so as to provide a more convenient and effective way of treatment.
