摘　　要：精索静脉曲张是导致男性不育的最主要的原因。随着本病发病率逐年增加,越来越多人关注自身的健康,许多医家致力于精索静脉曲张所致不育症发病机制的研究。现查阅相关文献,文章主要从中西医方面综述精索静脉曲张引起男性不育的可能机制及治疗,是以期为临床治疗提供理论依据和基础,治疗疾病的基础上提高患者生活质量及家庭幸福指数。The prevalence of varicocele,a major contributor to male infertility,has been steadily rising over the years.Con-sequently,there is an increasing awareness among individuals regarding their health and a growing number of physicians dedica-ted to studying the underlying causes of infertility caused by varicocele.This article aims to provide a comprehensive understand-ing of the potential mechanisms and treatments for male infertility associated with varicocele from both traditional Chinese medi-cine and western medicine perspectives.Ultimately,our objective is to improve patients'well-being and address this condition effectively while promoting family harmony.
