摘 要:随着民航业的快速发展,中小机场航班量持续增长,中小机场跑道服务能力逐渐成为机场发展与规划的重要因素。针对民航中小机场跑滑结构简单,跑道占用时间较长等特点,构建了跑道占用时间影响下,考虑跑道运行规则以及管制规则的全着陆、全起飞以及混合运行跑道容量模型。提出了基于跑道容量的滑行道位置优化模型。利用数学模型绘制容量变化曲线进行滑行道位置优化,并搭建AnyLogic仿真模型对理论模型进行仿真验证。结果表明,在不同起降比例下,通过对滑行道位置进行仿真优化,可为滑行道位置设置提供参考方案以提升中小机场跑道容量。With the rapid development of the civil aviation industry,the flight volume of small and medium-sized airports continues to grow,and the runway service capabilities of small and medium-sized airports have gradually become an important factor in airport development and planning.In view of the characteristics of small and medium-sized civil aviation airports such as simple runway structure and long runway occupancy time,this model constructs a runway capacity model for full landing,full takeoff and mixed operation under the influence of runway occupancy time,taking into account runway operation rules and control rules.And a taxiway location optimization model based on runway capacity is proposed.A mathematical model is used to draw a capacity change curve to optimize the taxiway position,and an AnyLogic simulation model is built to simulate and verify the theoretical model.The results show that under different take-off and landing ratios at the airport,simulation optimization of taxiway locations can provide a reference solution for taxiway location settings to increase the runway capacity of small and medium-sized airports.
