摘 要:本实验以干燥的月见草粉末为原料,采用醇提法对月见草中黄酮进行提取,采用紫外分光光度法测定月见草黄酮提取量,通过单因素实验和正交实验择优选出月见草中黄酮的最佳提取工艺条件。最佳提取条件为:浸提温度为70℃,提取时间为4 h,料液比为1∶30,乙醇浓度为80%,在此条件下,月见草黄酮提取量为31.62mg·g^(-1)。此实验的研究结果为月见草的应用拓展提供了科学的参考价值。In this experiment,dried Oenothera biennis L.powder was used as raw material and ethanol was used as solvent to extract flavonoids.The flavonoids extraction amount under different test conditions was measured by the ultraviolet spectrophotometry method.The best process for extracting flavonoids from Oenothera biennis L.was selected by single factor experiment and the orthogonal experiment.It is concluded that the conditions required to achieve the maximum extraction of flavonoids are as follows:extraction temperature is 70℃,extraction time is 4 hours,material-liquid ratio is 1∶30 and ethanol concentration is 80%.The amount of flavonoids extraction is 31.62mg·g^(-1) under the optimum conditions.The results of this experiment provide scientific reference value for the application expansion of Oenothera biennis L.
