瑞马唑仑复合低剂量瑞芬太尼在舒适化胃肠镜检查中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的 分析在舒适化胃肠镜检查中使用瑞马唑仑复合低剂量瑞芬太尼的有效性。方法 200例胃肠镜检查患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组100例。对照组采用丙泊酚联合瑞芬太尼,观察组采用瑞马唑仑复合低剂量瑞芬太尼。对比两组患者的起效时间、苏醒时间、离室时间、Ramsay评分、并发症发生率。结果 观察组患者起效时间、苏醒时间与对照组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组患者的离室时间(24.56±2.13)min短于对照组的(25.86±2.69)min, Ramsay评分(3.85±0.48)分高于对照组的(2.15±0.22)分(P<0.05)。观察组患者的并发症发生率1.00%低于对照组的7.00%(P<0.05)。结论 在舒适化胃肠镜检查中应用瑞马唑仑复合低剂量瑞芬太尼的价值更高,可以降低呼吸抑制等并发症发生情况,值得在临床中使用和推广。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil in painless gastroenteroscopy.Methods 200 patients undergoing gastroenteroscopy were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group was treated with propofol combined with remifentanil,and the observation group was treated with remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil.The onset time,recovery time,time to leave recovery room,Ramsay score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the onset time and recovery time between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).The observation group had shorter time to leave recovery room of(24.56±2.13)min than(25.86±2.69)min in the control group,and higher Ramsay score of(3.85±0.48)points than(2.15±0.22)points in the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 1.00%,which was lower than the control group's 7.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion Remimazolam combined with low-dose remifentanil in painless gastroenteroscopy has a higher value,which can reduce the occurrence of respiratory depression and other complications,and is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
