不同包裹强度篮球鞋对运动员竞技状态的生物力学影响研究

摘　　要：本文以20位达到国家二级水平的男性篮球运动员为研究对象,对其在穿着不同包裹强度篮球鞋时开展部分动作时的下肢生物力学特征进行观察和分析。本文认为在复杂的篮球竞技环境中,低、中、高包裹强度的篮球鞋对运动员竞技状态影响各有不同。低包裹强度篮球鞋防护性一般,但能够充分发挥运动员的速度优势;中、高包裹强度篮球鞋防护性好,可以充分发挥运动员的弹跳优势。This paper took 20 male basketball players who have reached the second level of the national level as the research object,and observed and analyzed their lower extremity biomechanical characteristics when they carry out some movements while wearing basketball shoes with different package strength.It is concluded that in a complex bas⁃ketball competitive environment,basketball shoes with low,medium and high package strength have different effects on athletescompetitive state.Low package strength basketball shoes have general protection,but can give full play to the athletesspeed advantage.Medium and high package strength basketball shoes have good protection and can give full play to the athletesjumping advantage.
