摘 要:研究配电网停电事件的智能研判与自动报送,首先分析了现有配电网故障处理系统的不足,并提出了基于随机森林算法的智能研判解决方案。通过构建分层拓扑模型和故障数据处理流程,实现了故障快速定位与故障影响范围的自动分析;此外,还开发了基于OMS的停电事件自动报送系统,以提高故障响应速度和处理准确性,从而提升配电网的运行效率和可靠性。Research is conducted on the intelligent judgment and automatic reporting of power outages in distribution networks.Firstly,the shortcomings of existing distribution network fault handling systems are analyzed,and an intelligent judgment solution based on random forest algorithm is proposed.By constructing a hierarchical topology model and a fault data processing process,rapid fault localization and automatic analysis of the fault impact range have been achieved.In addition,an OMS based automatic reporting system for power outage events has been developed to improve fault response speed and processing accuracy,thereby enhancing the operational efficiency and reliability of the distribution network.
