摘　　要：企业生产的产品往往需要依赖人工将产品分类,对产品的生产时间、批次号等相关信息进行记录,导致作业繁琐且错误率高。为了使人工作业更便捷,提高记录信息的准确性和完整性,使用三菱PLC设计了产品追溯系统,在生产线上使用了喷码机和读码器用于跟踪和保存每箱产品的信息,并将相关数据对接至上位系统,完成了整套追溯系统的闭环。介绍了该系统的基本流程、硬件设计和软件设计。该系统的上线使人工作业更便捷,大大减少了人员的工作量,提高了信息的准确性和完整性。The products produced by enterprises often need to be classified manually,and the production time,batch number and other related information of products are recorded,resulting in cumbersome operation and high error rate.In order to make manual operation more convenient and improve the accuracy and integrity of recorded information,Mitsubishi PLC is used to design the product traceability system.The inkjet printer and code reader are used in the production line to track and save the information of each box of products,and the relevant data are connected to the upper system to complete the closed loop of the whole traceability system.The basic process,hardware design and software design of the system are introduced.The online operation of the system makes manual operation more convenient,greatly reduces the workload of personnel,and improves the accuracy and integrity of information.
