摘 要:作为一种自动化技术,可视化动态监测仿真在电力工程中的应用成为保证带负荷更换柱上变压器施工质量的重要手段。针对现行仿真方法在实际工程中应用效果不佳,不仅系统持续停电时间较长,而且施工质量验收合格率较低的问题,提出带负荷更换柱上变压器的施工质量可视化动态监测仿真。根据带负荷更换柱上变压器的施工特征,策划监测仿真方案,并利用工业相机抓拍施工行为图像,采用阈值分割法分割处理施工行为图像,提取图像中的行为特征,利用深度学习算法对施工质量进行仿真分析,识别违规行为,对违规操作进行预警监测,以实现带负荷更换柱上变压器的施工质量可视化动态监测仿真。经验证,使用该方法后,有效缩短了系统持续停电时间,提高了施工质量和验收合格率。As an automation technology,the application of visual dynamic monitoring simulation in power engineering has become an important means to ensure the construction quality of on load replacement column transformers.Aiming at the problem of poor application effect of current simulation methods in practical engineering,which not only results in long system power outage time,but also low construction quality acceptance rate,this paper proposes a visual dynamic monitoring simulation for the construction quality of pole mounted transformers with load replacement.Based on the construction characteristics of replacing transformers on columns with load,a monitoring simulation plan is planned,and industrial cameras are used to capture construction behavior images.The threshold segmentation method is used to segment the construction behavior images,extract behavioral characteristics from the images,and use deep learning algorithms to simulate and analyze the construction quality.Ilegal behaviors are identified,and warning and monitoring of illegal operations are carried out to achieve visual dynamic monitoring and simulation of the construction quality of replacing transformers on columns with load.After verification,the use of this method effectively shortens the continuous power outage time of the system,improves the construction quality and acceptance rate.
