摘 要:随着国家科技能力的不断发展,对于不同油罐如何选择适合的切割工艺是迫切需要的问题。本文针对榆林市某油库油罐拆除工程,此工程从油罐构造、施工环境和经济效益多方面考虑,最终选用利用等离子切割技术对油罐进行切割。本文对此工程油罐拆除的方法选用与切割流程进行详细描述,同时对切割过程中等离子切割机与周围环境中存在的安全隐患进行分析并提出防范措施,以期对后续同类型油罐拆除提供更好的切割方案选择。With the continuous development of the country's scientific and technological capabilities,how to choose a suitable cutting process for different oil tanks is an urgent problem.In this paper,the oil tank demolition project of an oil depot in Yulin City is considered from the aspects of oil tank structure,construction environment and economic benefits.Finally,the plasma cutting technology is used to cut the oil tank.In this paper,the method selection and cutting process of oil tank demolition in this project are described in detail.At the same time,the potential safety hazards in the plasma cutting machine and the surrounding environment during the cutting process are analyzed and preventive measures are proposed.In order to provide better cutting scheme selection for the subsequent demolition of the same type of oil tank.
