摘　　要：对于大跨度屋架而言,安装是其中最重要的工序,会对整个项目质量产生决定性影响。某粮储建设项目需要对预应力混凝土屋架进行吊装,在对工程基本情况进行概述的基础上,分析了屋架起吊前的准备工序,包括屋架吊装要求、屋架吊装前置流程、吊点设置以及钢丝绳选择、起重机性能确定等。从起模和吊装两个层面详细研究了屋架的安装施工技术,期间必须严格按设计施工要求执行,最后介绍了屋架的安装质量保障措施。For the large-span roof truss,installation is the most important process,which will have a decisive impact on the quality of the whole project.A grain storage construction project needs to lift the prestressed concrete roof truss.On the basis of summarizing the basic situation of the project,the preparation process before the roof crane is analyzed,including the lifting requirements of the roof truss,the lifting process of the roof truss,the setting of lifting point,the selection of wire rope and the determination of crane performance.The installation and construction technology of roof truss is studied in detail from the two aspects of formwork and lifting,which must be strictly according to the design and construction requirements.Finally,the installation quality assurance measures of the roof truss are introduced.
