摘 要:针对直立锁边金属屋面系统常采用U型压条与抗风夹的抗风揭措施,存在抗风揭效率低、外形不够美观等缺点,通过在屋面板的T型支座下方铺设一层防水卷材TPO,并基于其极佳气密性、低弹性模量的特性改进了现有直立锁边金属屋面的抗风揭设计。其原理为利用TPO的高气密性、高柔性,优先消耗屋面风产生的吸力;当TPO与屋面板接触后,两者共同承受风荷载,使整个系统的抗风揭性能得到提升。最后通过数值计算其抗风揭性能,相比于传统金属屋面系统,其抗风揭性能具有明显提升。Aiming at the vertical locking edge metal roofing system often adopts U-shaped compression strips and wind-resistant clip wind exposure measures,there are wind exposure efficiency is low,the appearance is not beautiful enough and other shortcomings,this paper through the roof panel in the T-type support under the laying of a layer of waterproofing roll-roofing material TPO,and based on the excellent airtightness,low elasticity and modulus of the characteristics of the existing vertical locking edge of the metal roofing to improve the wind exposure of the wind exposure design.The principle is to utilize the high airtightness and flexibility of TPO to preferentially consume the suction force generated by the roof wind;when TPO is in contact with the roof panel,both of them bear the wind load together,so that the wind uncovering performance of the whole system can be improved.Finally,through numerical calculation of its wind uncovering performance,compared with the traditional metal roofing system,its wind uncovering performance has been significantly improved.
