摘 要:本文设计了一种适用于贵金属首饰加工的自动上下料机械手装置,并进行了仿真实验。该装置的硬件部分由机械手臂和机械手爪构成,采用进步电机作为驱动装置;软件部分使用ATmega88型主控芯片作为下位机,采用串口通信协议与上位机之间进行即时通信。使用Mablab/Simulink软件构建模型并进行仿真,结果表明机械手指的夹取范围在10~30 mm之间,可以满足大多数贵金属首饰毛坯件的夹取要求;该模型可根据规划路径自动完成上下料操作,自动化程度较高,提高了加工效率。In this paper,a kind of automatic loading and unloading manipulator for precious metal jewelry processing is designed,and the simulation experiment is carried out.The hardware part of the device is composed of a mechanical arm and a manipulator claw,and a progressive motor is used as a driving device.In the software part,the ATmega88 master chip is used as the lower computer,and the serial communication protocol is used to communicate with the upper computer in real time.Mablab/Simulink software was used to build the model and simulate it.The results show that the clamping range of mechanical finger is between 10~30 mm,which can meet the clamping requirements of most precious metal jewelry blanks.The model can automatically complete the loading and unloading operation according to the planned path,which has a high degree of automation and improves the processing efficiency.
