摘 要:研究了不同添加量玉米芯对牛粪厌氧发酵产酸性能及其作为反硝化碳源的潜力。结果显示,添加10%质量分数玉米芯的发酵液表现出最佳产酸效果,产生的VFAs达到2 060 mg/L,平均为1 610 mg/L。此外,添加10%玉米芯的发酵液显著增加了碳释放量,七天的平均碳释放量为6 273.49 mg/L,远高于对照组。比较不同条件下的碳氮比(C/N),发现添加10%玉米芯的发酵液具有较高的C/N值(68.76),适合作为反硝化碳源,具备良好的反硝化潜力。本研究为优化反硝化碳源的条件提供了参考。The study investigated the acid-producing performance of anaerobic fermentation of cow manure with different addition levels of corn cobs and their potential as carbon sources for denitrification.The results showed that the fermentation solution with 10%mass fraction of corn cobs exhibited the best acid production,with volatile fatty acids(VFAs)reaching 2060 mg/L and an average of 1610 mg/L.Furthermore,the fermentation solution with 10%corn cobs significantly increased carbon release,with an average of 6273.49 mg/L over the course of 7 days,which was much higher than the control group.By comparing different conditions of C/N ratios,it was found that the fermentation solution with 10%corn cobs had a higher C/N value of 68.76,making it suitable as a carbon source for denitrification and displaying good denitrification potential.This study provided a reference for optimizing the conditions of carbon sources for denitrification.
