摘  要:本文介绍根据露点温度的变化规律,项目借助PKPM节能软件计算分析围护结构热工性能,验证了热桥部位结露不仅与围护结构保温材料的配置有关,而且与相对湿度、居室温度也有很大的关系。在改善治理通过选用Low-E中空玻璃、断桥铝构造、聚氨酯粘结砂浆等导热性系数较小的材料来降低围护结构导热系数,选用优化围护结构工艺,保持室内相对干燥,红外热像仪用于建筑过程中保温性能、气密性进行测定质量监测,可以有效防止施工过程中因局部质量问题导致围护结构的热桥部位保温性能降低、传热系数升高。根据当前建筑节能的推广与应用,实现被动式建筑才是无热桥设计与施工(无结露)的最佳选择路线。In this paper,according to the change of dew point temperature,the project calculated and analyzed the thermal performance of the enclosure structure with the help of PKPM energy-saving software,and verified that the condensation of the thermal bridge is not only related to the configuration of the insulation material of the enclosure structure,but also has a great relationship with the relative humidity and room temperature.In the improvement and treatment,Low-E insulating glass,broken bridge aluminum structure,polyurethane bonding mortar and other materials with small thermal conductivity coefficient are selected to reduce the thermal conductivity of the enclosure structure,optimize the process of the enclosure structure,keep the indoor relatively dry,and infrared thermal imaging instrument is used to measure the thermal insulation performance and air tightness during the construction process.It can effectively prevent the thermal insulation performance of the thermal bridge of the enclosure structure from decreasing and the heat transfer coefficient from increasing due to local quality problems in the construction process.According to the current promotion and application of building energy efficiency,passive building is the best choice for thermal bridge design and construction(no condensation).
