摘　　要：目的:通过Meta分析了解AECOPD病人肺康复临床转换过程中接受、转诊以及完成率低的影响因素。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、中国生物医学文献(CBM)、万方(Wanfang)、维普(VIP)、PubMed、Web of Science以及The Cochrane Library等数据库。检索时间为建库至2023年3月31日,并且追踪系统综述等纳入的参考文献,以补充获取相关的文献。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准进行文献质量评价,采用Meta整合方法对结果进行整合。结果:最终纳入文献5篇,包括580例病人,提炼出28个研究结果,归纳形成为6个新类别,得出4个整合结果:病人的兴趣及运动方案的可行性影响病人参与肺康复的主动性、疾病本身及身心状况影响病人参与肺康复的依从性、病人认知及医务人员的作用影响病人对肺康复的接受度、环境因素影响病人参与肺康复锻炼的完成度。结论:应加强健康教育以及发挥医务人员的积极作用,发展家庭联合互联网+的远程医疗康复,制定个性化训练方案。Objective:To understand the factors affecting the low acceptance,referral,and completion rates of pulmonary rehabilitation in patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD)during clinical conversion through Meta-analysis.Methods:Relevant literature was retrieved from China National Knowledge Network(CNKI),China Biomedical Literature(CBM),Wanfang Database,VIP Database,PubMed,Web of Science,and the Cochrane Library from establishing the database to March 31,2023.The reference included in the systematic review were tracked to supplement the acquisition of relevant literature.The quality of the literature was evaluated using the quality evaluation criteria of the JBI evidence-based Health Care Center in Australia,and the results were integrated by the meta-integration method.Results:Finally,5 articles were included,involving 580 patients.A total of 28 research results were extracted and summarized into 6 new categories,with 4 integrated results:the patient′s interest and the feasibility of the exercise plan affect the patient′s initiative to participate in pulmonary rehabilitation,the disease itself and the physical and mental condition affect the patient′s compliance with pulmonary rehabilitation,the patient′s cognition and the role of medical staff affect the patient′s acceptance of pulmonary rehabilitation,and environmental factors affect the patient′s completion of pulmonary rehabilitation exercises.Conclusions:Health education should be strengthened and the positive role of medical staff should be played,family-based Internet+telemedicine rehabilitation should be developed,and personalized training plans should be formulated.
