摘  要:糠酮树脂作为炭/炭复合材料液相浸渍-固化/炭化增密的重要原材料,其残炭率对炭/炭复合材料的增密至关重要。针对不同固化剂对糠酮树脂残炭率不同的问题,本文研究了对甲苯磺酸、草酸及二氯乙酸三种常用固化剂对糠酮树脂残炭率及炭/炭复合材料增密的影响。结果表明:以对甲苯磺酸做固化剂的糠酮树脂的残炭率最大,约61%,同时在CVI密度为0.85 g/cm^(3)时,其单周期增密效率最高,为0.28 g/cm^(3)。As an important raw material for liquid phase impregnation-curing/carbonization densification of carbon/carbon composites,the residual carbon rate of furfurone resin is very important for the densification of carbon/carbon composites.In order to solve the problem that different curing agents have different carbon residue rates on furfurone resin,in this paper,the effects of three commonly used curing agents,p-toluenesulfonic acid,oxalic acid and dichloroacetic acid,on the carbon residue rate of furfurone resin and the densification of carbon/carbon composites were studied.The results showed that the residual carbon rate of furfurone resin with p-toluenesulfonic acid as curing agent was the largest,about 61%,and when the CVI density was 0.85 g/cm^(3),the single-cycle densification efficiency was the highest,0.28 g/cm^(3).
