摘  要:碳纤维增强碳基复合材料(C/C),具有低密度、高比强、高比模量、性能随温度升高不降反升等优点,在航天领域主要应用于飞行器热防护系统和发动机耐高温抗烧蚀部件中,但随着高技术武器装备跨代发展的需求,C/C复合材料在应用过程中面临弯曲强度小于300MPa、高温氧化烧蚀严重、成本高等难点问题,需要在高性能、低成本和抗氧化烧蚀等方面进行改性,本文综述了国内关于C/C复合材料改性的研究进展,及未来发展趋势,为C/C复合材料高性能、低成本和抗氧化烧蚀等方面改性研究提供了思路。Carbon fiber reinforced carbon matrix composites(C/C)have the advantages of low density,high specific strength,high specific modulus,and performance that does not decrease but rises with temperature.They are mainly used in aircraft thermal protection systems and engine high-temperature and anti-ablation components in the aerospace field.However,with the cross generational development of high-tech weapons and equipment,C/C composites face bending strength less than 300 MPa,severe high-temperature oxidation and ablation during application The difficult problem of high cost requires modification in areas such as high performance,ultra-high temperature resistance,long lifespan,and low cost.This article reviews the research progress and future development trends of C/C composite material modification in China,providing ideas for the modification research of C/C composite materials in areas such as high performance,ultra-high temperature resistance,long lifespan,and low cost.
