摘 要:缸孔成型是将缸孔设计成带型线的圆柱面,使其在工作状态下的热变形接近圆柱形,进而可以降低摩擦功,提高发动机的热效率。通过AVL公司多体动力学软件PR对自行设计的不同型线的缸孔进行仿真分析,对比摩擦功变化、同时兼顾漏气量及敲击能的变化情况,得到易于加工并能降低摩擦功的缸孔型线,优化后的带型线缸孔较无型线缸孔的原方案降低摩擦功约21%。Cylinder bore forming is to design the cylinder bore into a cylindrical surface with profile,making its thermal deformation close to the cylindrical under working conditions,thus reducing the friction work and improving the thermal efficiency of the engine.Through the multi-body dynamics software PR of AVL company,the self-designed cylinder bores of different profiles were simulated and analyzed.By comparing the changes of friction work,taking into account the changes of air leakage and knocking energy,the cylinder bore profiles that are easy to process and can reduce friction work were obtained.The optimized cylinder bores with profiles reduced the friction work by about 21%compared with the original scheme without profiles.
