摘  要:燃料电池堆的端板质量与封装载荷均匀化分布程度直接影响电堆的功率密度、效率、可靠性和使用寿命。为了减少绑带封装质子交换膜燃料电池端板结构质量,提高电堆内部接触压力均匀性,通过数值仿真方法,基于等效刚度模型,建立了燃料电池电堆端板的二维拓扑优化模型。结果表明,底面平直结构的端板通过拓扑优化可以显著实现轻量化目标,但是无法在实现减重的同时提高堆体的压力分布均匀性,且在平均体积因子达到0.5时为最优结构;底面上倾结构端板能够明显改善电堆内部的接触压力均匀性。对底面上倾结构端板进行拓扑优化能够在减重的同时提升堆体的压力分布均匀性,当端板底面上倾高度为0.09 mm时,压力分布的均一性最好,综合评价指标也最优,因此拓扑优化可以为端板的结构设计提供理论参考。The endplate mass of fuel cell stack and the uniform distribution of packaging load directly affect the power density,efficiency,reliability and service life of the stack.In order to reduce the structural mass of the endplate of proton exchange membrane fuel cell(PEMFC)packaged with belts and improve the uniformity of the internal contact pressure of the stack,a two-dimensional topology optimization model of the endplate of the fuel cell stack is established based on the equivalent stiffness model through numerical simulation.The results show that the endplate of the flat bottom structure can significantly achieve the goal of lightweight through topology optimization,but it can not reduce the weight and improve the pressure distribution uniformity of the reactor body at the same time,and it is the optimal structure when the average volume factor reaches 0.5,The endplate with upward sloping bottom can obviously improve the uniformity of contact pressure inside the stack.The topology optimization of the endplate of the bottom updip structure can improve the pressure distribution uniformity of the reactor body while reducing the weight.When the bottom updip height of the endplate is 0.09 mm,the pressure distribution uniformity is the best,and the comprehensive evaluation index is also the best.Therefore,the topology optimization can provide a theoretical reference for the structural design of the endplate.
