烧伤瘢痕整形修复采用皮肤软组织扩张器结合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片的效果及对疼痛评分的影响

摘　　要：目的研讨烧伤瘢痕整形修复中采用皮肤软组织扩张器结合硅凝胶瘢痕贴片治疗的效果。方法在2021年4月至2022年4月医院接收的烧伤瘢痕整形修复患者中纳取68例配合研究,随机均分2组,34例/组。对照组采用皮肤软组织扩张器治疗,观察组加之硅凝胶瘢痕贴片治疗。比较两组修复效果评分、修复中各指标数值、疼痛评分及并发症发生率。结果两组治疗前修复效果评分比较无差异(P>0.05),治疗后观察组修复效果评分包括外观(8.75±0.65)分、质地(8.75±1.06)分、弹性(9.02±0.35)分高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05),观察组创面愈合时间(10.02±2.32)d、创面皮肤血运恢复时间(14.21±2.42)d短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组皮肤扩张率(115.23±17.35)%高于对照组,组间差异显著(P<0.05),两组治疗前疼痛评分比较无差异(P>0.05),观察组治疗后疼痛评分(2.15±0.23)分低于对照组的(4.05±0.21)分,组间差异显著(P<0.05),观察组并发症发生率5.88%低于对照组的26.47%,组间差异显著(P<0.05)。结论皮肤软组织扩张器、硅凝胶瘢痕贴片常应用在烧伤瘢痕整形修复治疗中,患者修复效果较优,减轻疼痛感,防止其发生并发症,临床上可借鉴及推广。Objective To explore the effect of skin and soft tissue dilator combined with silicone gel scar patch in the plastic repair of burn scar.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,68 patients with burn and scar plastic repair admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into 2 groups(34 cases/group)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with skin and soft tissue dilator,and the observation group was treated with silicone gel scar patch.Repair effect score,repair index value,pain score and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Result After treatment,the repair effect scores of the observation group,including appearance(8.75±0.65)points,texture(8.75±1.06)points and elasticity(9.02±0.35)points,were higher than another group(P<0.05).Wound healing time(10.02±2.32)d and wound blood transport recovery time(14.21±2.42)d in the observation group were shorter than another group(P<0.05),and the skin expansion rate(115.23±17.35)%in the observation group was higher than another group(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group(2.15±0.23)was lower than another group(P<0.05).The complication rate of the observation group was 5.88%lower than another group(P<0.05).Conclusion Skin and soft tissue dilator combined with silicone gel scar patch in plastic repair of burn scar has obvious therapeutic effect,and the repair effect of patients is better,alleviating pain and preventing complications,which can be used for reference and promotion in clinical practice.
