摘 要:目的分析负压封闭引流联合点状植皮术在修复糖尿病足创面中的效果。方法回顾性分析2021年6月-2023年6月延边大学附属医院收治的76例糖尿病足患者的临床资料,按治疗措施不同将其分为两组。行糖尿病足常规治疗+常规创面修复术的38例患者纳入对照组,行糖尿病足常规治疗+负压封闭引流联合点状植皮术的38例患者纳入观察组。对比两组临床疗效、创面修复情况、周围神经传导速度。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,溃疡面积缩小率高于对照组,创面完全愈合时间短于对照组;且治疗后的腓总神经、正中神经、胫神经的感觉神经传导速度(SNCV)、运动神经传导速度(MNCV)快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流联合点状植皮术可加速糖尿病足创面修复,改善周围神经传导速度,存在一定的应用价值,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the effect of vacuum sealing drainage combined with spot skin grafting in repairing diabetes foot wounds.Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with diabetes foot admitted to the Affifiliated Hospital of Yanbian University from June 2021 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into two groups according to different treatment measures.38 patients who received routine treatment of diabetes foot+routine wound repair were included in the control group,and 38 patients who received routine treatment of diabetes foot+vacuum sealing drainage combined with spot skin grafting were included in the observation group.Compare the clinical effificacy,wound repair status,and peripheral nerve conduction velocity between two groups.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the reduction rate of ulcer area was higher than that of the control group,and the complete healing time of the wound was shorter than that of the control group;After treatment,the sensory nerve conduction velocity(SNCV)and motor nerve conduction velocity(MNCV)of the common peroneal nerve,median nerve,and tibial nerve were faster than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage combined with spot skin grafting can accelerate the repair of diabetes foot wounds and improve the peripheral nerve conduction velocity,which has certain application value and is worthy of clinical application.
