摘 要:作为现代火电厂电力系统运行的中枢,火电厂集控运行通信系统的可靠性、安全性以及实时性对电网的安全运行十分重要。然而,工业环境中存在各类干扰,极易对系统的正常运行造成负面影响。针对这一问题,深入分析火电厂集控运行通信系统中的干扰类型和成因,提出多种有效的干扰抑制措施。通过将理论与实践相结合,从电磁兼容性设计、接地与屏蔽系统设计以及应用抗干扰力增强技术等多个层面综合施策,并以某厂6×600 MW超临界空冷机组的集控运行通信系统中的实践为例进行探讨,可为火电厂集控运行通信系统的建设与优化提供新思路。As the central hub of modern thermal power plant power system operation,the reliability,safety,and real-time performance of the centralized control operation communication system in thermal power plants are crucial for the safe operation of the power grid.However,there are various interferences in the industrial environment that can easily have a negative impact on the normal operation of the system.To address this issue,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the types and causes of interference in the centralized control operation communication system of thermal power plants,and various effective interference suppression designs and technologies are proposed.By combining theory with practice,comprehensive measures are taken from multiple levels such as electromagnetic compatibility design,grounding and shielding system design,and application of anti-interference force enhancement technology.Taking the practice of the centralized control operation communication system of a 6×600 MW supercritical air-cooled unit in a certain power plant as an example,this provides ideas for the construction and optimization of the centralized control operation communication system in thermal power plants.
