摘　　要：金融是现代经济的核心,中国特色现代金融体系是中国式现代化的重要组成部分,搭建中国特色的金融现代化架构对增强金融服务实体经济效能、实现金融与实体经济永续良性互动发展具有重要意义。运用系统分析、结构功能分析和比较分析等方法,对中国式金融现代化的理论内涵、特征异同、体系架构、功能结构以及建设路径进行研究,研究表明:中国式金融现代化是在金融科技、教育和人才支撑下的金融功能、金融机构、金融市场、金融产品、金融服务、金融调控、金融监管等全方位的现代化;它既有一般市场经济国家金融现代化的特征和规律,又要立足于中国国情和社会主义制度优越性而体现“中国特色”,为此需要培养持续经营、资源配置、政策传导、资产定价、资本流动、发展创新以及风险防控等方面的强大能力,以高效服务实体经济与全体人民。中国式金融现代化框架立体展呈了金融强国的底层基础和建设目标,为推进金融供给侧结构性改革提供了理论依据、明晰了中国式金融现代化的建设路径。Since finance is the core of modern economy,the modern financial system with Chinese characteristics is an important part of Chinese path to modernization.Building a financial modernization architecture with Chinese characteristics is of great significance in enhancing the effectiveness of the financial services to the real economy and realizingasustainable and benign development between finance and the real economy.This paper uses methods of system analysis,functional analysis,and comparative analysis to study the theoretical connotation,similarities and differences in characteristics,system architecture,functional structure,and developing path of Chinese financial modernization.Research has shown that such path is a comprehensive modernization of financial function,institutions,markets,products,services,regulation,and supervision under the support of financial technology,education,and talents.It not only conforms to characteristics and rules of financial modernization in general market economies,but also reflects“Chinese characteristics”based on China's national conditions and the superiority of the socialist system.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate strong capabilities in sustainable operation,resource allocation,policy conduction,asset pricing,capital flow,innovation,and risk management,for the sake of the real economy and the entire people.The framework of Chinese financial modernization presents the foundation and goals of building a financial power,provides a theoretical basis for promoting the supply side structural reform,and clarifies the developing path of Chinese financial modernization.
