摘 要:为提升华南地区沥青路面的抗水损性能与耐久性,采用改进型骨架密实沥青混凝土设计下面层结构。根据原材料的选择、目标配合比设计、生产配合比设计与验证,确定了优良的抗车辙、抗水损害、抗疲劳性能的混合料配比参数,介绍施工前的下封层、附属工程施工工艺与要点;对沥青混合料的拌和生产参数、运输料车的设置、混合料摊铺作业的机械参数设定、混合料碾压过程的方案对比以及施工温度动态监控进行明确;采用无核密度仪、三维探地雷达等无损技术手段评价沥青路面的施工离析、施工厚度均匀性。通过下面层的原材料控制、配合比设计、功能层与混合料施工等环节的精细化管理,可以明显提升沥青路面的平整度、压实度、厚度及其他路用性能,是一种较为经济有效的方式。In order to improve the water damage resistance and durability of asphalt pavement in South China,the improved skeleton dense asphalt concrete is used to design the undersurface structure.According to the selection of raw materials,the design of target mix proportion and the design and verification of production mix proportion,the mixture proportion parameters of excellent rutting resistance,water damage resistance and fatigue resistance are determined.The construction technology and key points of the lower sealing layer and ancillary engineering before construction are introduced.The mixing production parameters of asphalt mixture,the setting of transportation vehicle,the setting of mechanical parameters of mixture paving operation,the scheme comparison of mixture rolling process and the dynamic monitoring of construction temperature are determined.The construction segregation and thickness uniformity of asphalt pavement are evaluated by non-destructive techniques such as nuclear-free densitometer and three-dimensional ground penetrating radar.Through the refined management of raw material control,mix proportion design,functional layer and mixture construction of the undersurface layer,the smoothness,compactness,thickness and other pavement performance of asphalt pavement can be significantly improved,which is an economic and effective way.
