摘 要:以多拱肋异型系杆钢拱桥为工程背景,从有限元计算分析、控制断面选取、测试内容及测点布置、试验加载工况确定等方面详细阐述了复杂结构桥梁静载试验方法和过程。在各试验工况加载下,对控制断面的应变、变形、吊杆索力进行测试,并与理论计算值进行比较分析。结果表明:现场实测值与理论计算值吻合较好,且均小于理论计算值,该异型系杆钢拱桥结构具有足够的强度和刚度安全储备,满足设计要求,所得结论可作为桥梁承载能力评定的依据。Based on the engineering background of multi-arch rib special-shaped bowstring steel arch bridge,the static load test method and process of complex structure bridge are expounded in detail from the aspects of finite element calculation and analysis,control section selection,test content and measurement point arrangement,test loading condition determination and so on.Under the loading of each test condition,the strain,deformation and suspender force of the control section are tested and compared with the theoretical calculation values.The results show that the field measured values are in good agreement with the theoretical calculated values,and are all less than the theoretical calculated values.The structure of special-shaped bowstring steel arch bridge has the sufficient strength and stiffness safety reserves to meet the design requirements and can be used as the basis for the evaluation of bridge bearing capacity.
