摘 要:随着“金色中环发展带”等战略的实施,上海再次掀起一波开发高潮;区域性中心的大量兴建,往往会在一个区域多个地块多个基坑同时开发、同时建设,庞大的基坑群需要在较短的时间内施工完成。基坑不同阶段不同程度的持续降水可能对周边环境造成不良影响,特别是在周边存在轨道交通等不利因素条件下,为减少群井降水对周边环境的影响,群坑降水的前期统筹设计及运行中的协调管理显得尤为重要。依托上海金鼎片区群坑项目降水实践,提出降水统筹设计及运行管理的理念,力求减少减压降水对相邻轨道交通的影响,根据现场群坑降水具体实施情况,结合实施过程中周边轨道交通的变形分析,总结群坑降水统筹设计及运行管理的经验。With the implementation of strategies such as the"Golden Central Development Belt",Shanghai is once again experiencing a wave of development.With the large-scale construction of regional centers,the multiple foundation pits are often developed and constructed simultaneously on the multiple plots of land in a region.A large group of foundation pits needs to be completed in a relatively short period of time,and the continuous dewatering of foundation pit at different stages and degrees may have the adverse effects on the surrounding environment,especially under the unfavorable factors such as rail transit in the surrounding area.In order to reduce the impact of group pit dewatering on the surrounding environment,it is particularly important to coordinate and manage the group pit dewatering in the early integrated design and operation.Relying on the dewatering practice of the Jinding Area Group Pit Project in Shanghai,the concept of integrated design and operation management of dewatering is proposed to reduce the impact of decompression and dewatering on adjacent rail transit.Based on the specific implementation of on-site group pit dewatering and combined with the analysis on the deformation of surrounding rail transit during the implementation process,the experience of integrated design and operation management of group pit dewatering is summarized,which has achieved the good economic and social benefits.
