摘 要:结合相关文献和项目部分配合比使用情况,通过比较P.O42.5级水泥C30桩基配合比、P.Ⅱ52.5级C30桩基混合砂配合比,经计算,两者浆骨比基本一致,后者耐久性、经济性较好。基于此,通过对C40\C45\C50墩柱混合砂高性能海工混凝土配合比施工过程中部分抗压强度的统计和氯离子扩散系数的检测发现:力学性能方面,28 d混凝土抗压强度均满足设计要求,且相对稳定,56 d强度有明显增长,90 d强度增长放缓;耐久性方面,56 d氯离子扩散系数小于3×10^(-12) m^(2)/s。因此,总体来看,采用P.Ⅱ52.5级水泥设计混合砂高性能海工混凝土配合比,混凝土强度、耐久性均能满足要求,同时还有明显的经济效应。Combined with the relevant literature and the usage of the mix proportion in the project,by comparing the P.O42.5 grade cement C30 pile foundation mix proportion and the P.II 52.5 grade C30 pile foundation mixed sand mix proportion,after calculation,the cement slurry to aggregate ratio of the two is basically the same,and the latter has better durability and economy.Based on this,during the construction process of high-performance marine concrete with C40,C45 and C50 pier column mixed sand,the statistics of partial compressive strength and the detection of chloride ion diffusion coefficient are found that in terms of mechanical properties,the compressive strength of 28 d concrete meets the design requirements and is relatively stable.The strength of 56 d increases significantly,while the strength of 90 d slows down.In terms of durability,the chloride ion diffusion coefficient of 56 d is less than 3×10^(-12) m^(2)/s.Therefore,in general,the use of P.II52.5 cement to design the mix proportion,strength and durability of high-performance marine concrete with mixed sand can meet the requirements,which also has the significant economic effects.
